Teachers, principals and support staff will have the opportunity to take part in "Non-violent intervention in crisis situations" training.

The Non-Violent Intervention program is a safe behavior management system designed to help professionals deal with people displaying disruptive behaviors.

8:30 - 8:45 a.m.: Welcome
8.45 - 10 a.m.: Block 1
10:00 - 10:15 a.m.: Break
10:15 a.m. - 12 p.m.: Block 2
12.00 - 12.45: Lunch
12:45 -14:00: Block 3
2:00 - 2:15 p.m.: Break
2:15-3:15pm: Block 4
3:15 - 3:30 p.m.: Evaluation and conclusion

For ÉSC de La Vérendrye staff members

Teachers and support staff in grades 7 to 12 will have the opportunity to take part in a workshop and training session.
1- Workshop: How to develop a positive relationship with the French language? Exploring the "why" and "how" of doing so in today's school environment.
2- Training on human trafficking offered by Centr'elles to equip staff members to recognize the signs of at-risk students and how to intervene.
