The Premier of Ontario has announced that in order to stop the spread of COVID-19, Ontario will enter into a province-wide containment beginning December 26, 2020. As per the announcement, the containment will last for two weeks in Northern Ontario. This means that our students will be in online education from January 4 to 8 and will return to class on January 11, 2021.
We recognize that this news has come suddenly and can cause a lot of concern and questioning, especially around Christmas. However, it is important to remember that nothing is more important right now than the health and safety of all Ontarians.
