No impact on our schools - work-to-rule

NONE OF OUR SCHOOL STAFF ARE MEMBERS OF THE UNIONS THAT HAVE ANNOUNCED POSSIBLE STRIKES. Therefore, we are not directly affected by the pressure tactics that will begin this week in other schools.

The Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF), representing several groups of employees in Ontario schools, and the Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario (ETFO) are currently in negotiations with the government and have announced that pressure tactics will begin on November 26.

We do not anticipate any impact on our schools as a result of these announcements and will notify parents if the situation changes.
