    Description (learning methods, topics covered)

    AM - Inclusion practice

As part of this activity, teachers and support staff will view videos on inclusive practices in special education, focusing on pedagogical differentiation as an essential lever for academic success. Based on the content presented, they will analyze how teachers and support staff can adapt their approaches to meet the varied needs of their students, by highlighting their strengths and responding to their challenges. Using the reflection sheet, participants will discuss observed strategies, such as individualizing learning, using a variety of tools and collaboration.

A collective summary will then be written to share the key learnings with the whole group and encourage the adoption of inclusive practices in school environments.

Integrating Annex B of the Framework Program into literacy planning

Appendix B of the curriculum is an extensive and detailed document that outlines the progression of language learning from Grades 1 to 6. This training will give school staff a chance to consider how these concepts can be integrated into literacy planning. The main objective will be to demonstrate that the elements of Appendix B can be incorporated naturally into all areas of literacy.
