• Inclusion practices As part of this activity, teachers and support staff will view videos on inclusive practices in special education, focusing on pedagogical differentiation as an essential lever for academic success. Based on the content presented, they will analyze how teachers and support staff can adapt their approaches to meet the varied needs of their students, by highlighting their strengths and responding to their challenges. Using the reflection sheet, participants will discuss strategies they have observed, such as individualizing learning, using a variety of tools and collaborating. A collective summary will then be drawn up to share the key learnings with the whole group and encourage the adoption of inclusive practices in school environments.
