Description (learning methods, topics covered) :

During this day, support staff will have the opportunity to look back on the year 2024-2025 through exchanges and activities on the following subjects: pedagogical days, the PDS network, the various training courses offered, the welcome and accompaniment program, as well as the review of annual development plans.

In addition, support staff will take part in training on the characteristics of diverse student profiles and effective intervention strategies for dealing with them. Time will be set aside to develop annual development plans for 2025-2026, designed to continue supporting professional and personal development.
