Introductory sports training session.
Grades 7 and 8 will have activities during their morning physical education classes, depending on the class schedule. Grades 9 to 12 will be invited to join in during lunch for a short training session.
Please note that these sessions will take place in the gymnasium, and that there will be no activities in the water.
