TBDHU - Triple P Positive Parenting Webinar

This webinar series, offered free of charge by the Thunder Bay District Health Unit, helps parents better understand the concepts of positive parenting. The webinars will address some of the most common parenting issues and behaviours that families encounter. They offer brief support to parents who generally manage situations well, but have a concern or two about their child's behavior or development. They can also be a good introduction to positive parenting, encouraging parents to consider further, more in-depth Triple P interventions.
These webinars are aimed at parents or carers of children aged 2 to 12.
The series includes three webinars in English onlyEach session lasts 90 minutes, and parents are encouraged to attend all three.
The seminars will take place via Teams from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. :

Taking care of your mental health as an immigrant father.
This webinar proposed by Parent Partners in Education addresses the unique mental health and integration challenges faced by immigrant fathers. It focuses on stress management, social and cultural pressure, and the importance of breaking down the stigma attached to expressing vulnerability. A space for discussion and support to help build a fulfilling life balance.
