Participez au programme «Artistes en herbe» : des ateliers virtuels de dessins et de peinture acrylique, animés par Yuk-Sem Won. C’est un projet culturel initié par l’AFNOO et mis en place par le Centre francophone de Thunder Bay, avec le soutien de Patrimoine Canadien et la Fondation Trillium de l’Ontario.

A kit of art materials is offered to follow the workshops!

Space is limited, only 20 participants from Northwestern Ontario will be accepted, five in each of four age groups: 8 - 10, 11 - 13, 14 - 16 and 17+ (including adults)

Northern Ontario School of Medicine Virtual CampMed 2020!

This year's Virtual CampMed will be led by a team of 25 university student volunteers as well as NOSM staff, faculty and student population. Sessions will focus on crime scene investigation, immunology and virology, medical imaging, Francophone and Aboriginal health and culture, and much more.

On this virtual CampMed 2020 web pageOn the web site, you will be able to meet the presenters, register for the live sessions and view additional recordings that will inform you about the work and education of health care professionals in Northern Ontario.

CampMed 2020 programming will be presented virtually from June 29 to July 24, 2020. This programming will allow students to participate in several sessions per week.

There is no fee or application form to complete to participate in the Virtual CampMed 2020; however, all participants must pre-register to live sessions.

Science North aims to continually inspire people of all ages to participate in science in the world around them, even in these challenging and dynamic times. So we're excited to introduce Science at Home Summer Camps: our new virtual summer camp experience.

For a summer full of discoveries!

Eureka! will hold its first ever free virtual summer camp from July 6 to August 28, 2020. A variety of workshops will be presented to students in grades 1 to 8 from French language schools in Ontario.

Two one-hour workshops will be offered each day from Monday to Friday:
- 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for students ages 6 to 9;
- 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for students ages 10 to 13.
