The Conseil scolaire de district catholique des Aurores boréales has redesigned its websites. The new websites create a positive experience for users with a simple, colourful, and interactive platform. They highlight our Francophonie and community partners. They enhance recruitment (staff and students) by showcasing the Board's approach, its unique characteristics, and its territory.

"We are pleased to offer a seamless, interactive and user-friendly experience through the redesign of our websites. Our territory and the specificities of our French-language Catholic schools are better highlighted," said Lucie Allaire, Director of Education.
The sites integrate school news through the Facebook feed and include an "English" button to access the page translations. An interactive calendar highlights our Francophone events, thematic school activities and promotes community partner events.
The redesign project included internal and external consultations, a web content analysis and a benchmarking study. These analyses led us to a call for tenders’ process with the help of the firm FRANCOachat. Chabo Communications & Design, a Franco-Ontarian design firm, was awarded the contract.
The Conseil scolaire de district catholique des Aurores boréales covers and serves nine communities in the Northwestern Ontario region and includes nine elementary schools and one secondary school.
