At their Board meeting on December 14, CSDC des Aurores boréales trustees approved the appointment of Roxanne Brunelle Crupi as Executive Director of Human Resources.
"Ms. Brunelle Crupi brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision that will help move our Board forward. I am confident that her 11 years in various roles with The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board’s human resources management team will have a significant impact on our Board," said Chair Claudette Gleeson.
An experienced human resource professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, labor relations, organizational development, and human resources management, Brunelle Crupi is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive work culture and optimizing human resources processes.
Brunelle Crupi will replace Michel Mercier, who has led the human resources team with dedication over the past few years. Ms. Brunelle Crupi's responsibilities will include staffing, benefits management, labor relations, negotiation of collective agreements and compliance with relevant regulations.
