The Aurores boréales CSDC announces the appointment of Debbie Coughlin as the new school board trustee for the area west of Dryden. A posting and selection process took place to solicit applications, and the decision was made at a special meeting held on December 10.
The school board is thrilled to have Ms. Coughlin back on the team. Having previously served as a school board trustee from 2008 to 2022, Ms. Coughlin has a solid understanding of the responsibilities and duties associated with the position. Her previous experience gives her in-depth knowledge of how a regional school board operates, as well as the key issues and challenges it faces.
Ms. Coughlin will officially join the board of education at the next board meeting, scheduled for Thursday, December 18.
