The CSDCAB wins a Prix Coup de Cœur! award for its generic and educational cross
Thunder Bay, October 20, 2025 — The Conseil scolaire de district catholique des Aurores boréales (CSDCAB) is proud to announce that it has won a Favorite Award! for the creation of its generic and educational cross, an initiative that embodies the Catholic and educational values of the Council while strengthening its visual and educational identity.
This prestigious award, presented by the’Canadian Association of Educational Communications and Media Specialists (ACACÉ), highlights excellence in communications, public relations, marketing, and school engagement at the national level. The CSDCAB joins other school boards across the country in celebrating innovative and inspiring school communications.

The cross is featured in internal and external communications, school events, educational tools, and staff training, contributing to a consistent visual identity and a shared educational mission.
«This award recognizes the collective work and passion that drives our team. The Council's cross reflects our educational and spiritual vision, and we are honored that this achievement is being celebrated nationally,» said Mireille Major-Levesque, Director of Education.
